Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling - More than 24 hours before appointment: deposit may be transferred to a new booking date. - Cancellations within 24 hours: deposit may be fully or partially refunded. - Bookings cancelled after 24 hours of scheduling: deposit non-refundable. - Same day cancellations or no-shows may result in full deposit loss.
